Certified Collision Center of Riverside

This is our second time bringing a vehicle to BMW Riverside Collision, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. The first time, we were assisted by Steve, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire repair process. He kept us informed every step of the way, provided detailed updates, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and worry-free. Unfortunately, we had to return when our other vehicle was rear-ended, and this time Antonio took care of us. It was immediately clear that the entire team at BMW Riverside Collision operates with the same high standards of customer service and professionalism. Antonio went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was repaired properly, using the correct quality parts rather than cutting corners. He consistently communicated with us, kept us updated on the progress of our car, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening throughout the repair process. What truly stands out about BMW Riverside Collision is the people. Everyone in the building is friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s rare to find a collision center

I'd like to thank the BMW Certified Collision Center of Riverside for giving me such a good experience after my accident. My 2025 m340i's left side went through a lot of damage with even needing a new headlight. I went through the other's party's insurance and throughout the whole process, I was informed and told about everything. They quickly repaired my vehicle as we waited for insurance and I'd gladly get my collision damage fixed here again!

By far An amazing experience I got the pleasure to work with Steven a true car enthusiast and loves what he Does he takes care of your vehicle as if it was his . Everything was done with OEM bmw parts while insurance was dominate on it being used or even aftermarket parts but Steven went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was done correctly , timely & knowledgeable responses with any concerns I may have had . Only negative thing I had in this whole experience was insurance being cheap and not wanting to pay but Steven made everything work out THIS IS WHY WE TAKE OUR CARS TO THE EXPERTS !! can’t express that anymore do not take your vehicle to a Joe and smo shop when you got professionals over at BMW certified collision that can do a 10x better job Thank you Steven and the team couldn’t be any happier I’ll be back for some more work n hopefully without having to deal with the fraudulent insurance company’s you guys unfortunately have to deal with

Had a great experience at the BMW Collision Center. Steve, the manager, is very honest and really tries to give you the most reasonable price. He recommends the easiest and most practical fix instead of pushing unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely wants to help and provide good service. The whole experience felt warm, straightforward, and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place you can trust.
